What this site is

Stay Santa Rosa Beach publishes rental and travel guidance for the Santa Rosa Beach postal town on the west end of Scenic Highway 30A and, in time, will list owner homes for direct booking. We are an independent, unofficial guide and part of a small independent network of 30A sites. Santa Rosa Beach is the unincorporated postal town of the west end, so there is no town government and no official town body for us to be affiliated with; we say so plainly. We work hard at accuracy and cite sources, but conditions, rules, offerings, and businesses change. Always confirm safety-critical information, especially beach flag status, with the South Walton Fire District, confirm which sub-community an address sits in and what that means for your stay, and confirm details directly with any business before you rely on them.
